Madeline Loving

Madeline Loving grew up outside Nashville, Tennessee, where she excelled in youth government programs, mock trial, show chorus, and equestrian sports. Madeline graduated early with her Bachelor’s degree in public administration and economics, magna cum laude, from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville (Class ‘17).

Madeline attended Tulane Law School (Class ‘21) in New Orleans, Louisiana. While securing her Juris Doctorate, she worked with a variety of private sector and public interest litigators. Multiple internships equipped her with skill sets in criminal defense, consumer fraud matters, U.S. Security and Exchange Commission investigations, and large asset civil litigation. Madeline began her trial experience in law school as an LASC Rule XX Student Attorney, where she successfully represented juveniles in criminal defense and domestic abuse matters.

Madeline has a wide variety of litigation and courtroom experience including civil, criminal, and traffic matters.

Madeline is a member of the Virginia State Bar. Shortly after law school, she relocated to Norfolk with her partner, James, and their two dogs — Penny the Bernedoodle, and Ike the Morkie.
